A zoom out function would be cool and useful. Seeing where you've been and how far, especially for recharging and returning to the surface. I assume you would have to hide objects when zoomed out so as to not lose the exploratory feel of the gameplay. Having fun so far. Thanks!
I rarely rate or comment, but this is an outstanding game. very hard, rewarding, developed, and by no means tedious as some puzzle games tend to be. Great job. I also like the minimalistic instructions. (5/5ed)
Did anyone else start dying about 1000 times more often when the platfrom disappeared? It's like each death leads to me falling into the spikes trying to end the misery.
I am blown away, the setting is very impressive. One of the few actual surprise endings I've ever seen from a game; at no point in time did I suspect that there was anything going on, but an uncouth youth such as myself lazying his way through life, not knowing when the last time he'd gotten off of the couch was. Also a lot to explore so you can actually play it without seeing everything the first time, unlike most point and clicks.
Great game! 4/5 for the fact that as levels progress, the difficulty only increases in the amount of guards per area of the level. The techniques for sneaking around and running and hiding never really change so I felt like there was some depth of the game lost in that. Lots of fun though!
I found and interesting situation on this level where there are only waves weak to physical and energy. I start with a physical knight and an energy archmage. i level the knight to have full trance. this allows him to destroy most waves of both types. Next i place many archmages with as much warp as possible. The last boss is weak to physical, but absorbs all the mage attacks. He never dies and i never die. My physical hero get tons of experience though. The energy one is healing him so not so much unfortunately.
Great game. I would like to make a request for a sequel that moves to showing two dimensions of a three-dimensional figure sliding down the visible area. For example, the sphere would be a point growing to a circle and then back to a point, or a pyramid with a triangular base would be a point that grows to a triangle. moving to complex shapes like a person would be crazy!
