The requirements to make tiles turn into something seem way out of wack. I get multi-hundred flora/fauna/human sand tiles, but I'll have grass tiles with less everything. HOW DO I MAKE IT INTO GRASS?! I know it's possible, since I've turned massive deserts into rainforests before, but it's been forever since I last played, so I have no idea how I did it.

I think I broke it....the first time I clicked the race buton, I got 1.00e100000 fame. Definitely bugged.
