The customers are tied to their order ticket. The finished pizza will go to the customer whose ticket is lying in the square to the right when you click the "finish order" button.
This is also how you save and return to a pizza. Just place the appropriate ticket in the square to the right and click "make pizza". The saved pizza will return.

This is great fun to play, and a good adaptation of the world of HP Lovecraft, with just the right amount of humour to remind you that it's just a game, after all. 5/5
