hmmmm, could be a nice casual game. i enjoyed it until an exploiter came and started killing ppl from an unaccessible place and we couldnt even kickvote him. im out
Not bad game, a bit short. To the clueless ppl: buy Mini-14, construct buildings, buy the grenade launcher and fully upgrade it, construct buildings again, get the railgun, fully upgrade it then construct the remaining buildins and youll win.
3/5. As it is, it has the feeling of an unfinished game. A lot more potential in it. The execution was good, it was easy to play. You are at 100% content (max upgrades, possibly all achivements too) at around lvl 15-16, no reason to play forth.
JonSunshin, you used a really great example about copycating. Blizzard stole the concept from Warhammer 40000, and called it Starcraft. It was easy to take the concept of the Imperium, the Eldar and the Tyranids, and call them Humans, Protoss and Zerg.
To the developer: You are on the good track, this game concept was long dead and i really enjoyed Fallout 1-2, Fallout Tactics and the UFO series. Ammunition must be cheaper and the difficulty of the game should be tuned down a bit.
gave it a 4/5 to show how generous i am. But it would be 3/5. No speed up button which is a must in "modern" TDs, and the game lgets very laggy when i fill up the screen with a lot of towers.
disappointed about the ending. otherwise the whole series was good, not to tough puzzles for the noobs like me, good atmospheric sounds and music. again, disappointed about the ending, 4/5.
1/5. how the hell did this game got a score of over 4? The flying training is unplayable, you need like 50 ms reaction time. Im a hardcore FPS gamer, but sorry, that reaction time is just unreal. At high speed, you are passing through obstacles, at least the first one for sure. Swimming sux, you double jump if you hit a cloud. In the running training, at high enough speed you are "teleporting" forward right after your first jump. Performance issues even on lowest graphix, there is no difference between low and high quality. I completed this game only because i liked the first one, but really, this game sux hard.
good game, but i have a feeling of an unfinished beta. Should have been more missions. Right now you cant try out everything because the game ends before even getting to elite units, or upgrading skills. But its a good start. The amount of units, skills and the base idea behind the game is amazing. 4/5
I liked it, but 3.5/5. Good atmosphere, fitting sounds and music. The story could have been a bit more detailed with more dialogues. The playability was pretty bad, if you dont allow us to use the mouse, thats ok, but at least allow us to see whats a bit down if you are crouching. A bit more upgrades, maybe diversity in character developement (more damage at the cost of life or shield for example), more weapons, more armor types, maybe the ability to change armor etc
good game. could use a few more improvements, such as the ability to play the attacking role. the only REALLY annoying thing about the game is the music, its just not fitting into a WW2 game.
lmao what a game. 5/5 of course. oh, if you have some time, make a similar game with the Flying Spaghetti Monster, our church needs propaganda material :)
