i disagree buying core gold is the best way to get cards quickly, and you can buy epics in the dynamic market with gold but what is the point of saving 150k for one card when the rest of your deck is crap, you should buy core pack till you have some good rares then you can save your money, but gems should be wasted on single cards since they are not as easy to get as gold, oh and btw i have buy a lot of eves and i have gotten at least 4 epics from 50 packs and 15 rares so its not that bad, but rise well i do say rise is overpriced
