Go through the game, using only Azure Stones to evolve your creature. 3. Also, level up agility to the max. 4. Buy 2 "Deep Blue" 5. Put your spare EV points into whatever you think's best. 6. You should also try to get some items, but only when you've finished the previous tips. Result: Constantly frozen enemies.
