If you have it available, I recommend using Chrome if you have it which is better at supporting webGL. We'll be looking into how to optimize the ram usage
We couldn't find a server for a long time to host Co-Op Toon Shooter, so one thing that is happening is we're making a co-op Toon Shooters 2 (in Unity) for iOS & Android. Since it's Unity there's a chance it will be able to be hosted on Kongregate - although they have a limit of 50MB, we need to see what the size is like after a month or so. Stay tuned anyway... sorry the flash game wasnt available for so long already, the cost was quite a lot to us :(

Just to remind u guys, we are doing a really nice iOS (iPhone/iPad) version of Co-Op Toon Shooter called 'Toon Shooters', you can play solo or multiplayer (same screen, pretty badass on ipad). Salty's bustin ass on it and we hope that's ready in like 4-5 weeks.
There's a good chance we'll update the Kongregate (Flash) version to reflect the new game at some point :)

we're having a little problem at the datacenter but it's being sorted. You can use the guest accounts to play for the time being, will be fixed in under a week, im hoping around 2 days. really sorry and really really pissed off -__-
The accounts are all safe and saved, they will be back soon... some updates are coming after we sort this out
I haven't posted in a while but just to update, there are a couple of things in the works - raised level cap, the elusive 10th flyer & new level/boss. Awesome to see ppl enjoying the game :)
If anyone cares we just made a free mini-puzzle game called 'Bearadise' for the iphone/pad, unfortunately it's not like Toon Shooter :P but who knows maybe we'll throw some of the chars here as a goofy crossover.
Xoviajshf, a HUGE thanks for helping us (and the kongregate community out). I feel a bit bad that you got somewhat bashed for some of your ideas - but i'd like to let you know that we really appreciate the time and effort you put in to get the issue of abuse to the attention of the admins :)
*DATABASE ERROR* For those players with accounts you will have noticed the server has been shut down temporarily to fix an awkward glitch (which came at the worst time - weekend). We're trying to fix it asap... for the time being the 'guest' accounts still work, very sorry about this
@imoscan Optimal FPS would be 30+ - with the max FPS set at 40.
@buffy: Oops forgot about that one.. that happens after Cargo I think?, it's definitely a bug... will be fixed
@TDP_MASTER: Cool idea, stay tuned for the 'Elite' mode sometime after the next batch of new stuff.
In general about FPS: Ideally you need a multicore CPU for the best FPS, as flash is very CPU dependent - having said that, if you experience a low FPS and have tried everything, could you send us a message or post here to say which stage(s) are causing the biggest framerate drop? also what your browser and CPU is (if you know), and we will try to optimize them as much as possible - thanks :)
short summary for v5.1: the server list was updated to display the stage name being played (it's updated fairly regularly), if you're in the select stage screen it will say so.
there's some other stuff in the works, we're looking at all the bugs and suggestions as they come in :)
