This was really good. I was surprised by the sophisticated take in anarchy and the pseudoscience that you would have had to have an understanding of to make this game.
This would be a really good game if it had a point. What would be nice is if you increased the frame rate, and added some sort of physics engine for jumps and stuff. I don't know if those are possible, but if you could do that then I would the next step for this game would be to make the world bigger. If you could make whole game world to explore, with randomly generated cars, that would be a prizewinner fo' sho'.
