I'm stuck at level 22, I seem to have an too low level to win. it has gotten to the point where it's basicly chess, 1 wrong move and you lose. I didn't spare any enemies during the entire game. I always lose at a point where I took out one of the weakest ships and there's submarines coming to me. I could survive maybe 1 more turn, but that's all. is the game even possible? or did they make the level before the final fight impossible on purpose?
I finally beat field V15. in case you want to know how I did this:
I made the monsters go past 15 towers out of 16. then, I placed a lot of tier 1 bloodbound gems, and 2 with higher levels. when I got in trouble, I combined all gems AND THEIR HIT COUNTS into 1 single gem. after that, I repeated the strategy once more. I needed skill, luck and enraging waves, but it's possible. I almost lost at the end due to stupid spawnlings though...
I really like this series, and EBF5 was the best so far. Yet, I have to adress some things:
1: why are the cloud walkers only obtainable by secret? it pissed me off, also because they are needed for these last tickets that I need for that last 1 quest.
2: The quest where you give an npc a dog, after the 'secret' with that, leave and re-enter the map tile and everything is fine.
3: My game won't save after beating the final boss. Do I need the full version of the game for that?
4: null mode (25% enemy stats) has a 2 million hp boss, while the same boss has 8 million hp while playing epic mode (200%). The math doesn't come out like that. anyone explain the difference?
5: A small warning that won't sPoil the game: The first fOur are fine, but the fifth, as waRned for, will inTerfere with your game in A way you won't Like.
petition to add upgrade: 'sturdy bones: increases bones per human, but also increases their hp. small speed decrease for humans at max level.' costing brains to be upgraded. petition for this to be added: upvote if you want this, ignore if you don't.
please add the following upgrade: 'smart brains: increases brains gained per zombie kill, and also increases IQ (actually makes humans smarter, more non-basic humans)' costing bones to be upgraded.
petition to add this: like or upvote this if you want it added. ignore this if you don't want it added.
I got bad luck on my first 10 'launches' by getting lots of nests. no record chances left for me this run...
also, if the control(l)s don't work, refresh the page.
also, I challenge you (anyone can try though) to beat 28-12-2019 with the following restrictions: BL, DL, SL (yes, you are reading that right), OL and NM. for additional challenge, try it with restrictions PM and RL (relayless). for the meaning of these, look below.
ok, so let me add some more meaningful 'words' to the word pool:
BL= blasterless (not using cannon tower)
ML = mortarless
DL = droneless, no drones.
SAML = SAM-less (SL in short)
and the same for all other towers if not used. storage, speed and reactor are all optional buildings, they aren't usually needed. they are called other (O). not using these is OL (otherless)
NM = no movement. all buildings can't be moved.
PB = permanent buildings. you can't lose, destroy or move any buildings.
Energyless = no collector, no reactor. and a bad idea, too.
these are all optional to give, of course. it may get complicated so you may ot want to use these without making the 'words' more easy to understand, aka the word correctly assemblies it's meaning. have fun playing everyone.
things I have done with a rocket that aren't making people happy: ground a zeppelin to 0 feet. hit a lot of air traffic. knock satelites out of orbit. landing rockets on the launching spot. making rockets lighter rather than stronger. spending lots of moneys on bad items. grabbing gold bars in space (wait, how did these get there?). returning to earth after going into space.
the AI doesn't use bugs, but follows a pre-made system of army building. this can result in big queue's. it's an oversight I think. also, if units die closer to the enemy tower, it will generate more money. this makes tower defense a last resort.
here's a spoiler on beating abyss: use newbie first. then use samurai. after that, ignore the enemies that get through your defense. the enemy will always think you're going to spawn the unit type you spawned last time. try to keep the enemy from spawning a heavy sword man. use dread lord and high lords as an attack method, and use immortals or vampires for defense against heavy units (late game talk), and ninja if the enemy spawns monk. try to get the enemy to lose more money than you, and you may win. good luck, dark mark! best income units: tier 1(highest): newbie/samurai. tier 2: 45 cost units. tier 3: 40 cost units. tier 4: 35 cost units. tier 5: 30 cost units. all bottom row units give a bad income per money unit used.
