orava please add silencers and other attachments that you can joint to guns and they have abilities like slug shot for a shotgun. i think this would be coolthank orava you are the best
the syringe should be able to drain the vials so poison or heath gos into the syringe so you can insert the poison in a more realistic way also vials should spill when cut
Most guns don't deal actual damage, they just cut. Most of the options are there for general amusement and fooling around, and most likely not balanced.
