So I technically beat the game about a week or so ago... but now my challenge is to reach lv 32(max level) on every ship type...I expect this will take months.
jojobees, inlets allow for you to do something like: have a massive coolant tank with coolant cells and outlets to them, then when they are near full, dont restock the fuel cells, replace outlets with inlets, and use the coolant vents to cool the store.
well the effects of that update took me by surprise. I replaced the fuel cells, and instantly maxxed out on heat and had a meltdown. huh. Back to the drawing board
Got to that wall as you reach sextillion before any ppl, and hadnt noticed the ppl counter had started going up (didnt even check it because I had assumed it was a lot later game of a feature, or at least much later stage). Thus I left the game running overnight, got back to still not much progress, and looked through the comments. Thought "maybe i've gained a few ppl, and I just need to cycle a bit, given how much of a hard wall to progress this seems to be". I look up at my 10k ppl and facepalm. Shoulda checked sooner xD
Would it be possible to have keyboard controls for the camera rotation and finer zoom, as for some reason the mouse controls for this stop working after a few minutes of playing
I enjoy when my boredom leads to 17 Starports. Only needed 8 constructors and 180 beam cannons*.
*Cannons which were destroyed and then replaced are not included in this count.
If your so desperate to escape (excluding the "break the window" options and etc...) why bother with the lock for the fish food, and using the hook? you can just smash the tank and grab the key...
scratch that... i have my save file, but it wont read it if i move it to where it's supposed to be... O_O
anyone have any ideas? there's no way i'm starting over.
(if i put it into where it's supposed to be, it overwrites it when i start the game)
wow.... i just backed up my entire harddrive this morning, then when i opened this page, it didnt read my save, and the entire chat.kong[etc...etc...etc...] file was gone, as was everything else in the [random letters] folder it was in... but it was on the backup :D
last mission is unplayable. as soon as i lean out, game gains about a 5 second lag, and it is nolonger possible to control where your aiming/when your firing
