good start, indeed, but still bugged. no death penalty when you fall down, no backround, sounds are a little strange, no restart option? hum, 2/5, but if you work on it it could seriously become a 3 or even a 4/5. keep on the good work
remove the multiple-click bug and maybe more diversity in things you're aiming maybe there could be multiple targets at the same time, like a normal target and a special target that gives you some bonus seconds, furthermore penalties if you don't hit, or the need to reload after 6-12 shots. anyway, good try allthough still buggy, so it's only a 2/5, not a 3/5, i'm sorry.
you could rename it to shity car racer or zero fun racer. dumb racer or boring racer alpha would also work well. as an alternativ, you could also just reprogramm it. or no, wait, better not - just delete it.

ehm yeah maybe you should work together with somebody that knows a little about graphic design, furthermore it should be a little bit smoother to move the ship - or the car, or whatever it is. sound could also be made better, the laserguns start hurting your brain after some minutes. but yes, it has potential, therefor 3/5
