RussianMobster,Use the Scan Ability from The army Guy(i forgot hes name).If it has no weaknesses,try not to hit him with hes strong points,and also use your most powerful attack.im sure that if you hit hes head,stun him or something of the sort you can stop healing and arm growing.+ if you agree,and also hope this helps.
