i would not change a thing about this game but have a few suggestions for a sequel, which doesn't look like it is going to happen but here it goes anyway. i would add stats for each player in in and some sort of in game achievements, such as most goals by one guy in a game and stuff like that. i would also add the ability to play a rematch even though it would not affect the standings. i would include a 2 point line for long distance throws. maybe add a few more formations (fortress is pretty useless). the gameplay is solid and i wouldnt mess with the passing or anything, that makes it more fun than it is kinda unrealistic.
i changed my mind about this after a few more plays, this game needs some serious work. the game gets insanely hard since you are stuck using the super slow and plodding planes vs an army of jets and it would be nice to know when an enemy is in range or the direction the guns are pointing on the zeppelins and balloons. being able to choose your plane would make it possible to use different strategies, increasing replay value.
the premise and graphics are excellent but this game frustrates me because it could be so much better.
If you play this for about 20 minutes straight and then stop suddenly your vision will be blurred so that it looks like everything is moving up slightly. Love this game.
