Hosting changes alwasy mess up saves on browser games. There are ways to recover the saves, but I can't remember how to do it right now. With the reduced prestige cost, I will get back to the upgrades I had earned fairly quickly.
@gura_uk : nice try. this isn't governmental. this is the free market and capitalism in all its glory. As long as the investors get enough ROI, they will keep pushing out as much garbage as they can sell. If p2w clone 77 make enough money, p2w clone 78 is guaranteed.
For the record : "In the air" means "before it hits the ground". If it is in the air because it bounced up from the ground, it won't count as an air click.
I have to agree with Nelfie, this was released way too early. Some people will give up on the game long before you get to adding "the actual game" to the code, and an update just adding talents and upgrades probably won't be enough to keep the ones who "completed" the game in its current state around for long, since unless you also add a new layer to the gameplay, it will take them somewhere between 10 minutes and a day to complete that update. Which means that any significant update to the game will most likely either make early play meaningless or just have to wipe saves.
There seem to be some issue with the town level for my save. I have done all the friend quests, and is going to build the last level 9 building when I end the current day (still working towards getting enough coins for that). I had a levelup that seemed to glitch before the 5.0 update, but I kinda forgot about it until I read that a lot of people were on level 15, and I am still on 14 with almost no sources of xp left.
mehwoop : "k" is abbreviation for kilo, which means 1000. So 50k means 50,000 , not 50 kilometers (which abbreviates to km). The goal checklist saying 50k is just saving space, not an error.
I like that once you buy your first blob, clicking is entirely optional. It is of course very beneficial to click, but there are no achievements or unlocks that require a specific number of clicks. The layout is horrible, though. Took some time to even find the abilities and blobs since it is hidden below the visible game area. And then there is a large unused space to the right? Also needs a save function.
As the game stands, I am rating it 2. The game would be somewhere between 3 and 4 if not for the extreme version of the "free"2play model. Getting to play with a deck of your own almost requires you to spend money, unless you are willing to grind for an insane length of time. Even just gathering enough cards for a deck of one season seems herculean, being able to make an actually decent deck of a season feels close to impossible without spending money. I don't require all games to be free, but if you do make a free2play game, it should be enjoyable for more than a few minutes as a non-paying gamer. If you don't want to do that, you should rather just charge for a copy of the game.
We have changed how the game starts out several times and we are working on fixing this, previously you could selet a starting deck and get all cards in that deck but people wanted to be able to switch decks. So we did that and then people wanted to switch what cards they got for their initial selection, in the next patch new players will get a starting amount of money and all the premade decks will be "buy once" items in the store for a much more affordable price. We definitly do not want our players to feel the need that you must spend money to enjoy the game so we are working on it :)
EDIT: You will now be able to buy a free premade deck when you start playing so that you can customize your own deck faster.
