BUG: Seen on the last fight. When one of the minions (not the main boss) is at full health and would be one-shotted by an attack, it instead receives 0 damage.
Not a bad game. Nostalgia! 4/5
Very derivative with little new added. That's not too big of a deal, except that other games do the same thing much better. It's still not such an awful game, so 3/5.
Fun little game. Quirky soundtrack. The game's mechanic is interesting but it makes the game too easy. The game is beatable in a maximum of two tries (provided the second try uses one of the better ships), and pretty much everything except for the Easter Egg ship is unlockable on the first play though. It would be nice if the unlocks actually made the game play differently, but it's still all just a matter of destroying one ship and collecting pixels to destroy the rest. Still, the game amused me for a few minutes. 4/5, though that's being a bit generous.
If only all the games on Kongregate were this beautiful. This game showcases what many Flash games should be: short, sweet, but beautiful and compelling. I love the sense of place I felt both from the cinematic landscape and the signs pointing out the various locations. My only criticism was that it got a little monotonous, but its brevity was enough to ensure that this wasn't too much of an issue. 5/5
Wow, this is a pretty incredible puzzle game, but obviously unless it is a twitch fest or has the protagonist fighting monsters in some ridiculous and trite plot, it's pointless for the kids afflicted with ADD on this site.
This has all the strategic depth that the original GC should have had.
Really excellent game. There's just so much here: the different level configurations, gems available, and monster waves radically change how each level should be approached. Almost certainly the best game on this site, and I'd give it a 6/5 if I could.
Great gameplay as StormWinds 1, but with the same flaws.
Two of them are:
*A lack of usefulness for the "basic gun" (really impossible to use against most enemies). Maybe not so big of a flaw...
*No save feature between campaigns.
I couldn't play this stupid game because the banner ad had sound. I had to keep reloading the page until I got a banner ad without sound.
The game itself is okay. It's rather gentle and meditative, but the gameplay isn't anything special at all.
This game is rather poorly designed. First of all, getting a strike is nothing more than blind luck really since it requires clicking on the city with inhuman precision. For example, I was off Palermo, Italy by 18 km, and that was not counted as a "strike"?! Secondly, as many others have probably already noted, it's stupid to score based on distance alone, as it is far easier to, say, get close to Brussels, Belgium than Chengdu, China simply because Brussels is teeny tiny, and China is enormous. 2/5
I loved this game on [as], and had beaten it completely a couple times when it was there! Too bad that it didn't have Kongregate badges when I played it then :p
242,683,404 and beat the game.
Just a simple, extremely well made, and addictive game.
I hardly got hit by the enemies until stage 10, but I wouldn't have been able to beat most of the bosses if my adrenaline wasn't always maxed out before.
But wow, what a great game... but why no badges or rewards???
It doesn't make sense.... I have NO motivation to divide my cell since it just makes me smaller and more vulnerable to being eaten. Having teammates gives 0 advantage. It's okay but poorly designed. 3/5
