Beating the game is fun! The best tactic I've found depends on the places available to build towers on:
- if the road arcs around the spot, build an AOE tower
- the closest spot to the spawn has to be a strong mage tower
- make the inner most spot in a cluster a sniper tower so it gives extra range to all towers around
- make the last towers as mage towers, the ones that spawn deathknights and undead.
- add some tribal towers and rogue towers for flavor.
Bazinga! No lives lost. :-)
Gave two starts because it had no bugs and was a pretty straight forward game. Content is boring though, no real feel to the story, very easy to complete and it doesn't make me want to play it again.
This is a really nice game, although some few things are missing: range indicator, quick grouping, formations are hard to make, custom selections (ctrl+1 for one group, etc).
You turned an amazing idea into an impossible game that makes the player hate it by the time he finishes it. Bad job, very very bad job. I'm giving this 2 stars only because of the originality, but I honestly hate this game.
"Sir, he has just escaped through the window again !! Should we send the giant robots after him?" "No, drop boxes in front of him and a statue sometimes, destroy buildings right as he passes over them and send the spaceship to fly above him. Oh, and BUILD MORE WINDOWS !!" 5/5
Amazing game, really funny with the cat and everything. But wow, it took me 40 minutes and then i see that the 30 point badge says it could be done in 8.
Quite interesting.. but at higher levels this game is based WAY too much on dumb luck. Even my best strategy was overthrown simply because I didn't get any life pillars in the first 3 rounds. 3/5 though, it was kind of fun.
@timmybus: if you put the water in the bathroom hole first you have to go to the basement and flush that water using the switch near the locked box.
Plus this so no one gets stuck.
