You know those hate enemies? Well, it seems that describes my feelings toward this game. Don't get me wrong, it's a clever idea, but I can't do what I like to do in Angry Birds, which is pinch my fingers on the screen so I can zoom out and see both the slingshot and target. When I try it here, it gets fingerprints all over my monitor. I'd say 3/5, except that while this is a clever idea, it's not an original one. It's based off Angry Birds, and thus I give it a 2/5.
Well, let's see here... Simplistic graphics: check, unneeded visuals that make it less visually appealing: check (In this case the colors added to your black square, I mean really? Who needs that?) Impossible to win: check, Fun: no check, and finally, is this a first game? Yes, and thus I will give 3 stars since you're a beginner, but next time, try to be in a less, ahem, EVIL mood when you create a game.
Dood, if I wanted to play a game that involves killing seemingly harmless people and destroying a fort for no apparent reason and uses a hard to control shell for ammo, than I would play... (thinking)... I would play... Probably this actually. It's rather unique, but I think I would be in a mental hospital first.
Is an invincible mode really necessary? I played the original, and frankly, the only change recognizable is that you made a vaguely fun game impossibly easy.
I like it, but I would have preferred to see more going in it. Maybe some obstacles would do the trick, and I don't just mean giant platforms to jump on and pits to jump over.
It's an alright game at first, but it becomes way too repetitive. Maybe if there was more of a plot than put QA in one container and Developers in another, I would be happier, but still, after a long chain of red, my black container slowly emptied. Apparently I am murdering helpless Developers and QA people by putting more of them in a container. I am so evil that I will only give 3/5. Or maybe some really confusing rating like 24.6/41 just to express my evilness while giving the exact same score. (It's the same 3/5 and 24.6/41 are the same, kids! Get out your calculators to check if you want!)
Attempt 1: Ends in failure for no apparent reason besides a sadistic game designer who hides mines in every other space. Attempt 2: Got withing two spaces of the princess and lost my last life. At this point, I said "No, game! It's one thing to be not fun, but easy, but this crosses the line!"
This is your first game????!!!! Either you have had a lot of practice already, or you are one of the greatest beginner designers who ever lived on Kongregate. This game is truly amazing for a first game, and I would rate it higher than 5/5 if possible. Don't change much of anything, because I love it as it is!
Well, maybe I would rate this game higher if there wasn't a "negative zone," which is what I like to call blank space you get when you wander to the left at the beginning of the game. If your instructions say there's a left button, guess what I'm going to test? Then I wandered very slowly through the landscape, which was quite nice, mind you. I then realized that the only purpose of jumping was to make you start moving faster than my pet rock. (Or maybe that was lag due to all the ads.) Okay, at least it has a function, but I would like to see a few more platforms or things to do with the jump function. Then we get all the way to the right, and we see more of the aforementioned negative zone. I won't even go into the details of my reaction to that, but I would prefer some good, solid walls on the ends. All in all, I give a 4/5 for a good first game.
Congratulations, it takes skill to make as bad a game as you have. You deserve a reward for trying your best at making a game nobody enjoys. The description says it all, and you think you're very clever with the arrow keys, but really, you just found a way to annoy people.
The test has determined you are smart for answering one question with the only possible answer. The test has determined you are an idiot for choosing the same answer. The test has determined you are pretty for that EXACT SAME ANSWER! WTF!! It's just one question with one answer and I got three different results!!!
I can't really think of any constructive criticism because the plot was great, the point was executed well, and I still had fun with it. All in all, I give this a 5/5. Amazing work.
lol, i agree with you, it needs a lot of polishing and features, that is why it's a demo. Whenever the full one comes out, it will be MUCH better
