I am proud of the maker of this game. Especially in the late game when you're by yourself and you fire at all the green parachuted grenade launchers dead on, then 5 seconds later six more come in all of a sudden, and you can't help but saying to yourself ..."What the &$*^"!
An apologetic 5 out of 5.
Henshin, There's a Q in the menu right before you click Ready! That's quality. you can also turn off the announcer voice who is the stick figure with the soundwaves.
docholiday, you may hit every note, but don't forget you lose points if you hit a key you're not supposed to. You probably may have done it unconsciously, but keep at it.
If you want to know how to do level 21, then look closely at the message in the hintbox below. And if you don't know how a compass works, then you don't deserve to play this game.
And I must say, it is a well-made game for its simplicity.
I like what you have so far, although I'm hoping that you have the ability to choose who goes when rather than being forced with the same order. It'll add a bit more strategy in terms of what to do when.
Actually this game has been on Newgrounds for quite a while before it landed here. Months actually. A second Tactics game may be closer than you think, provided of course they were planning on making one in the first place.
It doesnt add anything to the genre, but I find it very nice. It does have the problem of long missions, but this is one of those rare fives I hand out. This was well put together.
It's likely that you didn't get perfect because you didnt hold the long notes their full length. Also, hitting keys where there are no notes will have you lose points.
Any game that features the voice of Daft Punk deserves at least a 3/5. It's a difficult game, don't get me wrong, and the learning curve is fairly steep , but it does manage to be graphicially impressive for it's simplicity, combining Retro Effects with hi-fi techno. Good work. 4/5
Just a Reminder that you cannot post your songs on the comments section like in newgrounds. please go to the forums if you want your songs to be heard and follow the format that is shown to you on the first page. thank you.
Not a game for the feint of heart or the rhythmically retarded. Neverless it is still a very one, holding true to coolnatio's penchant for a rhyme and beat to its flash.
I remember playing this game a long time ago....and I remember I beat it that I felt just as good as I did when I beat it now. That song just does something to you.
