the random attacks would be better if it was just the keyboard keys and random shapes. complex things are not possible to get and skipping them basically loses you the game
if you really want to lock levels in a game, make some bonus levels and lock them but dont lock out two thirds (probably the fun two thirds) from play.
it sucks that killing cops gets you money, but ramming then (something that is necessary to kill them) loses you a lot more than you get for killing them
