you should add more keyboard controls. such as spacebar to start and reset

when it says invulnerable you can still lose lives...

it really needs SOME sort of sound. and the powerups need to be labeled when you get them. getting something that just says powerup doesnt help much

it would also be nice to know which debuffs stack, and which dont
sometimes people die for no reason. they have remaining health, and no damaging debuffs, but they die. wth?
level 34 is one of the best things ever
and now i am laughing at myself because i should have put those comments in reverse order to make them easier to read. :P
