Lol, great game with great graphics and music. I gotta find out where that road with 42 miles of straight-away, several pit stops, construction workers, and pooping birds are!
Easy way to get the medal: jump cars (combo jump if possible) and use all the nitro to push yourself forward. Hit the next car you can, and immediately jump to it. If theres a car next to it, combo jump that one too. use your nitro to repeat. Racked 100k+ in 10 mins with this method. +1 if this helps you
Great game but sometimes the' click' count would go to 1 even if I'm in midair. Its usually no problem but when I need to do a suicide jump above water to get some sushi and it resets when I'm in midair, I just fall into the water :/
