Here we go, again. Your save data is kept in your flash cookies, not on the site. If you delete your cookies, you lose your progress. Make hard saves regularly. If you don't, your progress is gone.
CSC: If you're talking about moving to the next zone, there's already a button for that. It's right above the Ascension button. Just click on it to switch from farm mode, to auto advance.
