So since you can only see "your first ending made you a ___", and as far as I can tell, there's no way to get a different message there, what are the 6 'titles' of endings you can get? I found all 6, but want to know what it calls me :)
An idle game needs some reason to choose this over other idle games, since the gameplay itself is always, in some way, overly-simplistic AS an idle game. Thus, the real call to it comes in the flavor. The tips were a funny way to give us some personality, but if this is your love creation, create a world. Give us a beastiary, give us some character customization, give us something fun. I must admit, I've only recently started, so I don't know what's unlocked post-wish (I think it's called). But since so many others are more qualified to talk on progression/game mechanics, I figured I'd toss in my tidbit on the actual flavor of the game. Otherwise, it'll just be an "I have money so I spam upgrades" type of idle game. That's what set Anti-Idle, Clicker Heroes, and Cookie Clicker apart. They made their own world.
The weird thing is how forgiving the game is when you run out of coins. You can spend 15 people/15 happiness for 250 coins, while spending 20 coins for 10 happiness and getting free 50 people per day just for having relatively high happiness. You can just spend a thousand gold into the red and have no downside. I suppose that makes the game enjoyable, albeit impossible to lose.
It'd be really nice if 'max' showed how many levels of the NEXT prestige I'd be able to buy. Since you set your laps/second back down to base, it actually really cripples your dollar income on the earlier colors, and if I knew how many levels I could buy, it'd let me know when it's safe to prestige more easily.
Is it possible to get the Ghvnn conclusion wrong? The only way to have him innocent in an incorrect conclusion, is to say the thief ate+stole the brains as motive for robbing the restaurant, which means he didn't get hired. Which is impossible to choose. So I think Ghvnn's conclusion is impossible not to get, and it shouldn't be part of the score.
-------SPOILER--------------- The thing is that Ghvnn IS guilty, whether you accuse him or not. So of course there's no ending in which he's innocent. You can't change what's happened, you can only deduce it... or not :)
I'm sorry, i will check this. Also, when you buy a research you will see the next level. So if you see V, that means you actually have level 4. I think that's the problem. I will change this in next update
If you click outside of the screen by accident to jump, you shouldn't have to click the center of the screen to resume. That just makes me run straight into a bullet or spikes to resume the game. If you could click anywhere to resume, that'd be really swell. Otherwise, I like the achievements-for-upgrades progression, but I wish the upgrades were a bit more...varied, other than a ton of 5000 upgrades
two tips: 1-if you refresh the page, you can play a level again and get the gene again. Very fun post-game because the last level (replayed again after bonel prize) gives you Jack of all Trades, +2 to all stats.
2- if a level has a white blood cell and no bacteria (x2 damage), you can't lose if you hold the white blood cell with maxed defense and reproduction. The final level is actually unloseable even if an enemy holds *all* cells with the starting white blood cell w/ maxed reproduction and defense. But overall, always max defense, reproduction, and strength.
would highly like a dps function for characters to see how much they're, on average, putting out. Helps us easier gauge if damage or attack speed is helping more.
Clicking the options button during a launch activates boost (which is really inconvenient for click boosters over hold boosters), and I'd prefer not to have to disable mouse-click-to-use-boost just to use the options menu
While this game is a good time killer, it's more useful to just say everything that's wrong. There's no way to change the amount of crew moved, making it very annoying to move people from research to medical bay CONSTANTLY. The planet descriptions are all one late. The statistics page tracks some things incorrectly, others not at all. The 999 max research is ridiculous, as many have said. Satellite kills always give exactly 20 coins, which when you get 20k coins for free from a crew member's transmission, is 100% useless. For an idle game, there's usually SOMETHING you can do to pass time, in this you just wait to get to the next planet. ESPECIALLY after earth returns. Finally, upgrades just end up feeling pointless, but at a stage in the game crew members are only useful for research. You cap out asteroid resources easily and with minor attention you will never worry about running out of those ever.
For an idle game, this really gives you nothing to do and no sense of accomplishment.
1) I never tried the staff or the dagger, but the knockback of the greatswords makes the last boss a breeze. beat it by level 28, just stacked my points into all the defensive stats, as well into some avalanche upgrades. Rings and bracelets were all regen/defense. The knockback makes the last boss really easy as long as you don't stand inside him and get hit carelessly without knocking him back.
2) wait...weren't we supposed to be in his service for 3 years? Oh well. Anywho.
Check in the options tab to see if you have disabled building glow - if you haven't, it's probably a minor glitch. The target building of Lightning Strike should glow a faint yellow for the duration of the spell.
Have a suggestion, unless I'm missing it. When you use the random weapon level up skill, can a pop-up appear for which one increases, just for knowledge purposes? It'd be a really nice quality of life update :)
I'd love an option to buy ___ number of units instead of ____ twins. If I'm missing the way you do it, my fault, but especially when reaching a new tier of unit, I buy up to a milestone (e.g. 1000 hive queens) so I can buy the upgrade for the previous unit, and twins can make it pretty difficult to work out
What beach ball are you using that's over 3 times the size of a basketball. Additionally, since when is an electron bigger than a whole nucleus?
nonetheless, good game. Sadly if you're going fast but you haven't stepped up to the next size screen yet it can be REALLY hard to click objects to advance in levels =/
One tiny issue I have (note I haven't finished the game yet so I can't rule on the infamous hard last boss, but this is irrelevant to that) is if you time stop and kill the big dude who piggybacks, the little guy who comes after is unaffeceted by the time stop still in progress.
Otherwise, love the game. Wish there was another upgrade tier for the gems. Nothing is really that impactful on non-skills and it kinda disappoints me.
The only way: reset the game (top right corner) then do an ending... Repet ;) (or get spoiled by some messages below)
