Best advice I can give to ppl going to the capital city get a VERY fast vehicle cause those cops are worse than the robbers. Fast and will drain your money if you pay em or fast and drain your life if your a "criminal"

Individualized ammo for the weapons because having shared ammo kinda sucks when I need a rocket launcher and wasted the ammo using it on the hybrid photon rifle killing infantry and a tanks about to maul me.
