Thanks to all that have responded. I am aware of the game not working properly. Unfortunately my partner and I had to post whether it was completed or not. since it was a school project and had a deadline. There is a conveyor belt and a cylinder that is there to help with moving and launching the blocks at the towers. The third part over is the conveyor belt that launches the blocks over to the right to hit the city blocks.
