I was about to complain... and then I miraculously unlocked the special car by scoring a rank of 2 on level 8... and that special car is just lulz all over - no more complaints... just lulz
I'm getting a bug in Elder Gornash round 3. If they send out that eye thing with an AOE attack and I drop a "The Killing Moon", then the skeletons start spawning endlessly from both portals until the game freezes up and crashes. And yes, I know that skeletons are supposed to spawn when something dies but this is excessive. And no, I don't think it's my graphics since I just upgraded to a HD 6870.
Ouch... the steps for me to hit that long range challenge 60k mark - Screen resolution 1920x1080 to 800x600. Mouse polling from 1000hz to 125hz. Mouse sensitivity from 1800dpi to 800 dpi.
Wow... this game gives accuracy a whole new meaning. *Accuracy will count towards your score*. And then the game gives us the most inaccurate guns to play with. I got the target in sight right in the middle of my crosshairs. Shot 1 - miss. Shot 2 - miss. Random 3-5 shots straight at the target out of frustration. Shot 3 - miss. Shot 4 - miss. Shot 5 - ding. Yea... my aim is perfect. The accuracy of the gun is 20%. So 20% of 100%... total possible accuracy - roughly 20%.
Wow at all the fanboys downvoting every negative CONSTRUCTIVE comment. If the game didn't have those issues, these comments wouldn't be made. Since there was no response to my last comment... Please, oh please add a mute button. And on a side note, I wonder if those 200-300 people who earned the hard badge is proof that this might be borderline impossible for it's difficulty level.
Wow... so you really need to push for the profits to get a high score. First time I played, I lost. Second time I played, I avoided all risky ports and tried to buy opium and tea only when it was under 30-50 each. My score there was 13 mil. I just played again. Start out semi-cautious but try to cater to everyone. If they buy at 99 and the price is 98, I'll still go for it. Every single profitable transaction gets a boat sent out regardless of how risky it is. I had a few turns where half the map was locked down. Final score here - 92.8 mil. So final tip... if you can make a profit, regardless of how much it is, go for it.
Is it just me or does this shop refuse returns? If it does... then it really sucks with the permanent items and limited inventory space... Make it so they accept returns please.
Biggest problem after the pay to win option - level differences are too great the higher you go up. 0-2 is on fairly stable ground. 2v3, the 3 will win almost 60-80% of the time. 2v4, the 4 will win 90-95% of the time. The reason why this is a problem? There aren't enough people who play and leveling up takes forever. I go in as a level 2 and there are barely any rooms that I can join that aren't filled with 4+ all packing higher up weapons that can 2-3 shot me.
Flight score: 6305, Total Days: 48, Space Stars: 138, Max Velocity: 24, Max Altitude: 150, Achievements Earned: 0... Something seem wrong with that final number there?
o.0... 4th boss is harder than final boss due to their ability to stun lock you. As for the last boss, dropping hide > second special is pretty epic. Finished him off from maybe 60-70% with a 11k hit.
How amusing... so you need a decent desktop computer to play this thing. On my $900 laptop, this thing lags. On my $800 desktop... it's real smooth. The timer is even slightly sped up so the fights don't take that long compared to the slowed down timer on my laptop.
