tips in surgery:1 try to open the rib case with a hammer. 2 after that try to remove the ribs. 3 after that use the file for the heart fluids and remove them. 4 if it dosent remove then try to keep filing. 5 after that place a heart in the tray (gray in upper right corner). 6 get the new heart and place it in the chest and make sure its not twisted. after this your done
