Bug: Free gold shop upgrade caused the "free gold" feature to go up to 25... then one more upgrade and it went back to level 0... and no way to fix it.
At around hard level 300, damage becomes meaningless, as all damage is done via dark ability + elemental resistance. Levels slow to a crawl, as enemies spend most of their time offscreen.
fun games. no idea why the ratings are lower than some other less fun more grindy td's on kong. makes me not trust ratings so much. i guess idlers just took over
Fun sound, style, game play... but really hard dude. The problem is when the level finishes, you can't keep the souls that are there, so you fall behind and never catch up.
Moving/selling weapons would make the game too easy to win right away. You have to play twice. Once to learn/remember, once to optimize. More weapons (damage over time, etc.), upgrades, upgrade paths, etc. would be fun for a version 2.
My main dude misses a lot. Especially far shots, but sometimes even close ones. He tends to miss when the attacker is in the upper right quadrant heading down. I don't mean the "miss" text that some enemies have a shield for. I mean the arrows simply go wide. I played with the ranger class. Found the game ez 2 beat.
