juju simply outlasts the enemy. simply dodge his touch of doom by switching, then kill him as fast as you can. He has no major defenses, so anything will do. Just don't use debuffs, his innate ability has a 30% chance of destroying them on his turn. so inflicting the touch of doom on juju himself does virtually nothing.
Gameplay is very simple for a strategy game. It is one of the few games that uses simplicity as a good thing. Just keep meat tanks in front, and follow them with support like archers or medics. This game reminds me of the Zerg on Starcraft. Simple bread-and-butter tactics win the day.
here are some tips to players: towers improve damage, whereas traps improve the magical properties of the gem. Dual colored gems gain extra damage bonuses, but pure gems gain magical bonuses. So put dual gems in towers, and pure gems in traps. Use purple, orange and green in traps. red, blue, yellow do well in towers. Try spreading out your towers, because they may shoot for the same monster at the same time, and this can be a pain. try to send monsters in early just before they would have came out originally. Doing so will lead to the experience bonus at the end of the level, for sending out a percentage of enemies early.
I was about 10 feet from mars. Unfortunately, I didn't buy e-rockets, and there were no platforms ahead, so I said "oh helz no!" full thrust to the right... got lucky enough to hit a blue, giving me enough fuel to hit a yellow, and then (Ahem) "GAME OVER"
got to mars in 9 days. try getting all of the fuel powerups, it really helps later on. radar is really good too. I didn't buy anything but fuel, the fuel sucker, thrusters, and your standard band upgrades. Pretty easy. Even if I failed, I still would have enough money for no gravity at that point. Too bad the card sucks :/
I wasn't quite sure what to expect on the last wave on the last level, so I overpowered up my defences....26 flame throwers, 18 flood lights, and 10 guns. I think it was a little too much overkill.
you can buy an upgrade, despite the fact that it says "unavailable", given you have enough money. However, this only works if you are buying a turret upgrade, when you do not have the corresponding turret.
Card locations:
1. just above the killers head to the left.
2. far left of the seats.
3. top right of the tree.
4. on the side of the limo (it's really irritating)
5. to the right of your agent.
6. hard to see, but on the left, next to the the green cigarette and "smoking kills" paintings.
7. just below the stand, on the left. If you have a wooden stock for your gun, your reasoning will be successful.
8. top right of the red-black poster on the top.
9. easy: right of the screen. Can't miss it.
Note: you do not have to get the card THEN kill the person. you can hit the card, FAIL, then kill your target, and the card still counts. You can even continue the game after you beat it, and you still keep the cards you've gotten up to that point.
To get the Cardboard Killer Badge, shoot all nine cards, one in every mission. Then go to the trophy room, click on the cards, and a new mission briefing will come up. Just click continue, "shoot" your target, and head back to the trophy room, and hit continue. You may want to play the game a second time if you missed the cards, they aren't that hard to find.
