Very buggy, seems that tha key pressed / key reelased events would not be recognized sometimes.
It happened constantly, that after releasing the "forward" key, it just went on, and couldn't do anything...
Opened inventory and got stuck there.
No matter how many times I press the "Done" button, all I can see is this stupid inventory.
Very, very annoying bug, that is almost always happening to me.
(This is the 4. time I'm playing this, and the first 3 times I was forced to quit just because this stupid error.)
Buggy as hell...
First, I've sold my Turbo Fire in order to gain it's value before buying Turbo Fire II (this itself is a huge mistake...) but I just couldn't buy it. Although I had the required money, I clicked the button and nothing happened.
After it I tried to leave the starbase (not being completely disappointed by the game - now I see I should have been). Because I naively clicked the Leave Starbase button... only to see the "Welcome to Galactic Starbase" screen.
And no matter how many times I clicked that *%ß$ button, I just couldn't leave the *%ß$ starbase.
WTF is this???
How can the enemy spew out 10 paladins in 8 seconds???
Followed by an angel AND a red dragon???
And how the hell would I be supposed to fight against this kind of cheating???
Too much bells and whistles.
Instead of fancy explosions this game needs some original missions and enemies.
On the long run it gets boring very easily.
(AFAIK in Europe we use qwerty keyboards too, only y and z are swapped in some countries)
And the blinking triple lights from the third level.
Oh, and the ship models are obviously from http://www.3drt.com/
Are these also stolen, or did you pay for them?
This game seriously needs some improvements.
First, the ship's health should be visible at all times.
Second, there should be non-weapon upgrades. I mean, the incoming attacks are getting stronger, but you can only upgrade your attacks. And you end up sitting in a China vase with huge guns, able to level a mountain in a shot but can't take more than a few hits.
Oh, and the descriptions for the weapons are also misleading, like Slow Time says: "freezes time" instead of slowing it, and the rail gun also doesn't fire slugs but streams of bullets/laser/younameit. The big laser does not spread at all, and yes, the Vortex literally sucks ;)
