k guys, when i log on at sometime in the day, there are up to 3 russian servers full. but only once have i seen a american server reach above 1000. js.

@ tdp4 slacker. you can have assasin at level 0. with arts technically. if you pay. and @spire51. i have tested this, and no it does not.

screw dexterity, then you get rocket spammers with it full just shooting rockets like a machine gun.
