srsly.....500 weapons with max blacksmith and 400 luck and i can't get a 15+... the odds are far less then what it states. 30% with 50% if it fails to not go poof.... them pretty good odds.
finally beat all the horus levels... just stack mages--- the 4 star polymorph pages preferred but they are 4 star golden cup RNG mages--- the next best is the 3 star freeze mages-- add in some 2 star healer mages and just keep farming them up in levels to get all the skills.
I have everything three stars accept for the Horus levels....... totally just pwns me. turns all my stuff into skelies and grabs my ranged and murders them...frustrating.

Try setting everything to low and disable floating texts.
