How the heck does the code with the 4 equations result in 810? Had to use a walkthrough and it still makes no sense. 618 is not divisible by 39 and 217 is not divisible by 17. There is no pattern and no clue. What on Earth how are we supposed to just *know* this?
The problem with the bottom left upward falling down puzzle is the roof extends too far to the right and the floor too far to the left and I keep hitting one of the two. Rage-inducing.
I legitimately had to look up a walkthrough.... and it doesn't work because I hit the floor on the way down. Didn't get it until my third try AFTER watching a walkthrough. Absolutely infuriating.
I followed a walkthrough for L4 to get the notes, and I've gotten all 3 (in each place the letters are, it's blank, signifying that I've gotten them before) but I'm still only getting a 2/3. Frustrating.
Still trying to figure this out, which is difficult as I'm developing this game in my free time. If you wish you could play the game on a different browser, as this bug occurs only on windows version of Firefox.
4.5/5 (I rounded up)
I like the concept, I like how it introduces the mechanics of new strings and objects (and how the personalities line up with the traits of the two objects), I like the music, I had a great bit of fun messing with the strings.... I just wish it were longer.
Yellow seemed affectionate - it could "hug" the poor peoples and ferry them around.
This was for a Ludum Dare? HOLY CRAP
It doesn't seem to be counting my seized buildings. Do I have to grab 5 DIFFERENT types? Or it only counts once per level, ignoring replays?
Because I got Mission 2 twice, and I got the mana pool and Inn from Mission 3, which should be five buildings right there.
