He has no interest in investing himself in a game, this game is next to close down in the next few months so he can move on to his next scam project. All 3 great communities are now destroyed and this game is next.
Never ever support any games made by synapticon, I played Redship and Skyshard heroes, both games made by him. And after the initial rush where everyone spends money he closes the game and moves on to his next scam. He doesn't care about the community at all and isn't invested in making a good game, just cash grab shitshows.
