i gave a 1 and here is why...poor control and / or controls quickly lose meaning, no sound control, and lastly i don't see any progressive unlocking or discovering any new techniques with the way the game is presented
I finished the game with the following stats, str 30, dex 4, vitality 34, luck 31...20 points in swords, 20 in armor, 3 axe mastery (so i could put points in berzerker hit) berkerker 1, money collector 16, and student 9. I was level 72...i used a jayisgames.com guide to show all the quests starts and ends. the game took time to finish so save at all places you find once as they teleport.
plan on cascades of dots, the later the level the easier it is to setup. to start cascades find a few dots going the same direction, but they must be the slowest dots you can find. pop the lead and watch the slow ones crash into each other eventually.
First! Jeff832 pointed me to his new game and i really enjoy it. He did keep an ambiance and style that makes a simple shooter enjoyable, I look forward to more games.
I can't personally advise anyone playing this game. I have gone through many technical loops to try to play this game and if you check the game forums for Dragons of Atlantis you will see others have done the same...bottom line, don't fall in love with this game, it only breaks hearts
I wait with baited breath, I want to see challenges for total play time or least upgrades when completing game...for some reason I am highly compelled to retry this game over and over to finish faster.
Thanks armor games, i love your stuff.
i can sometimes go for minutes on the training and when training there is no pause button, i would love to have a pause button so i could get my chat on.
I generally like the game
what I would love to see:
1. the main window slide based on a or d keys...my mouse goes to type in the chat window and the game ends up moving on me.
2. be able to use arrows and/or a and d to select the level I want next.
3. a "monster library" filled as i go pointing out the dangers of obstacles or jumps. I sometimes find myself repeatedly trying something and dying the same way not really sure what part of something is dangerous or how a platform works.
4. sound controls, I often have my own sound track or other sounds going and a game that requires that I listen to its sounds can be frustrating.
5. optional...add something to the game to make me feel for the object I am controlling, I like a small story even if it doesn't really improve the game directly
I like to listen to internet radio and this game doesn't have a mute. I got to listen to bird and other ambient whistling and creaking when I did everything I could to turn off the sound.
Please keep in mind guys like me that need mute.
EVER NOTICE THAT THE GAME HAS NO WAY TO TURN DOWN THE VOLUME? i like to have my own soundtrack and games with out volume / mute buttons really get to me
my first attempt to comment didn't work right, this game would make harry potter roll in his grave if he where dead...cheesy dialog, 10+ clicks to get to any actual combat, the combat itself is just offensive to what I think of magic. i am sure some can look past the design visually to like the game mechanics but i can't.
Not just a multi player game, what if there was a "Gravity Arena", sorta like a 1 vs 1, or 5 vs 5...with AI as holders if not enough where online to join?
