maybe you should try and combine the lvl 7 gems.... and re arranging you're skills to apply to the gems you will get in the next lvl works but takes to much work in my opinion just go for a couple of gem types but also concentrate on cost of combining and making etc.

If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7)Buy all four drug resistances, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8)After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9)Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. 10): Wait until everyone dies. Keep this comment alive.
I won this game 2 times now, the first time I started in madagascar and I sold every symptom, afterthat I made it resistance to everything to lvl 2, after 15 days it started to spread, the second land I got was cuba, I was completly happy these 2 are always the countries that stay alive, but now madagascar was almost completly infected and now greenland and rusia came along too, I thought yes this is it, but then they started to close everything, at that moment I had everything except australia, I saw every hospital was open so I bought themarhagg or something, after that I got australia and bought some nice lethal stuff(every failure^^) muhahaha
