My export no longer works. Finally hit level 50 and waited an hour to export. Upon importing I've reverted back to level 49 and my crystals are back after spending them. Additionally like others, i can not access upgrades. Until this is fixed I'm done with this game
I got the same error... and it showed me starting a new team and all data was lost....

That resets everything back to just Bruenor being available on your next run, and you'll have the bonus gold find from the divine favor you earned to help your next run go faster, along with any gear you received from chests you opened. If you do have further issues in the game, you can put in a support ticket using the Help & Support button at the top of the game, and we'll try to help.
Another post. Done everything and still can't get local save. The bad part.. I like this concept and play it even when my data is deleted. Programmer, fix this!!!! I'm not the only one! The board has shown that!
I love the concept, but it refuses to local save and this isn't an issue on my end. I have been keeping the window open to continue the game, and not just had a big freeze and glitch on the game. This needs work to be good.
