This game brings back the C64 memories in the worst sense imaginable. The controls are totally off, it is the definition of pain. Good luck selling it... to anybody... ever.
Once a few upgrades are reached you can start with a super turret and simply beat the game. I actually think you can beat the game without using 75% of the available equipment
I think survival mode is unlocked when you beat any episode in Frantic mode. The feats seem to be re-lock after you leave the game though, so it seems you can't save your progress with the feats. Or it's maybe my old crappy browser.
Neat. < My profile disappeared around level 10 after I closed down the page. This would force me to complete all 30 levels at one sitting. That would be around 2.1 bazillion mouseclicks at one sitting. No. Just no.
I hear you wadark, I re-fought the scorpion 3 times only and maxed out some skills, jumped a few levels, activated all the hard modes on the level and pocketed some 55K Xp. Everything else that followed I could have done with my screen turned off.
Not a bad game, considering it's age... but still...
-no chance to re-run missions if you end up having 0 credits.
-no chance to ski upgrades and go for stronger ones.
-the prize for destroying police on lower levels doesn't compensate for the loss by bumps.
I don't know.
THis game is frustratingly difficult to play. The second challenge is literally a pain in the ass for unexperienced players. All in all, it offers pretty much only frustration, and is really no fun to play.
Why not make the lower level challenges a bit more addictive? Something that for example would actually teach you how to handle the bat instead of simply telling you how much you suck at it?
Seeing how every second comment is flagged for admin review I guess I'm not alone with this. ;)
"big gun shoots yu have to hold the left click thing on the mouse "
Noooo waaaay. :O
Actually I did fix it. :) Nice game, definitely a must for office hours. :)
