Can people stop complaining about the lack of an upgrade system or character development? The game's small and simple, and the story is streamlined into near non-existence without being, y'know, actually non-existence. The jokes the game makes are funny, but they don't get in your face, and you can play the entire game without reading more than two pieces of text, which amount to "Music on?" and "SFX on?". The gameplay is excellent, the game is balanced to near perfection, and the AI is smart considering the controls you and they have to work with. It promotes skill, rather than endurance; you have exactly the same gear as the AI. All in all, this game is perfect as it is and any additions aside from maybe a way to control your unit choices and a veteran system would severely hamper my enjoyment of this game, and, I imagine, the enjoyment of others.
I'm somewhat annoyed that nowhere in this game does it make mention of cacti, but I'm willing to overlook that since this wasn't yet another attempt at reproducing CoD on the computer. Great work.
For the record, to make effective use of the sniper's melee weapons, you need to equip a SMG. Use the SMG to close on a target, then finish them with your melee weapons. I've found this works better than a sniper.
Kong, can you go back to supporting Kongai now? You know, the game you marketed for a year before finally releasing? The one with the semi-original playstyle...?
Noticed that the current top-post by Diabwolf is currently missing a few structures, so: Attacking HQ gets you turns, attacking launch sites gets you research, attacking cities and strongholds gets you money, attacking armouries and barracks gets you weapons, and attacking spy hubs gets you intel.
