damn it, i got all the badges/acheives except the maxxed out ship one, but i got a gun stuck on the back button somehow so i cant sell/upgrade it, and i have all the other 11 maxxed out =(

TIPS
use westcott, if you get a good opening you can spam tazer for a good chunk of damage
you need to block EVERY SINGLE ATTACK, when he goes into hyper attack, block it all, then go into hyper attack yourself, if you land a hit, immediatly take advantange of this and throw a few punches, this is also a good time ot use tazer
with a little luck, you can get the badge, just dont expect to get it in the first few trys, it took me like half an hour
