It might just be my computer but I think there's currently an issue with the online mode. The structures say how long it takes to complete but those numbers are different to the actual time it takes to complete each iteration from each structure. However if you refresh the game then when it loads back up you have much more than before depending on how long you were online for.

Typo when you hover over "Divinity". Should be Nephthys should it not? Either that or the god's name should be Nephtys although it's actually Nephthys.
Why not make an ability tab that gives more detailed information on the abilities? Maybe include the remaining cooldown time and the current effect it will have if energize is used. Does energize stack btw? I tried stacking it and then using The Dark Ritual but it just gave me 10% instead of 20% as it would do if it did stack.
After DPS hits a certain number of digits, the digits on the far right are all 0s meaning that we're either loosing DPS or gaining depending on how you're rounding it. I think we should be given the exact value and not a rounded one.
I personally don't like the new export system. Others will disagree with me on that but maybe giving the use a choice between saving a file or copying to clipboard would cater for those like me as well as others.
Why do you want the gold bonus from ascensions back? It makes the ascensions far too unbalanced given that you already get a 10% boost to DPS not to mention skills get their recoveries cut by 1% per Soul up to a max of 75%. If you ask me that's being really generous.
I thought that the attack and speed increases increased by 0.1 each time? With the multiplier that increases by 0.1 each time as well how is it that my attack and speed both have more than 1 decimal place?
You've made quite a lot of achievements and that scroll could be getting even longer.
Maybe you could have each achievement have something similar to a level for instance. Easy Squeezy as the level 1, Thirst Quencher as the level 2 up to Lemontopia level 6 and display the level of the Lemon speed upgrade achievements in the corner of the icon or something like that using hover popups to show which ones have been achieved and which still need achieving.
For the multiplier achievements maybe have some achievements that give you a bonus for every so basically an incremental achievement that can never fully be fulfilled or can only be fulfilled when the max number of said company as been bought.
Allow us to move the towers because the start is far too slow especially if the tower is badly placed for the start and as the game progresses that tower position becomes one of the worst available.
