The three endings are: 1) Go further with her 2) maintain the status quo 3) leave her. If you keep that in mind, it's easy to get all three. If I were you, I'd stick around a bit longer and explore the story, though. It's really interesting.
I just beat the game easily in 27:07:59. Since the monsters don't attack you fort unless you put turrets on it, you can buy nothing but the fort, hide in it whenever the monsters come, and work on your balloon between waves. You don't have to fight at all if you don't want to.
@SSTR019: Since your energy and stamina are fully recharged when you level up, investing in energy and stamina actually massively increases your effective stamina and energy regen rate.
Every level in the game, except for level 15 (use popo, angel, and succubi), and level 13 (it's easier to use the dragon), can be easily beaten by spamming all of the best melee units and the shield spell. I beat level 16 on epic in around three minutes with this method.
Outside South attacks the Central Area, which I had completely cleared and upgraded.
One zombie makes it past that shield icon. It dies about half a second after doing so.
That night, I go to clean up the area and find forty zombies waiting for me.
Seems legit.
9/10 of my deaths happen when my cursor goes outside the game and my character decides to plough through every enemy to run to the other side of the screen. PLEASE make the game pause when this happens. )=
@FIERYWORMZ: When they first appear, they will EITHER hide the note names OR flip them, they won't do both. Later they will ONLY do both. If you keep this in mind, you shouldn't have much trouble figuring out which keys to hit.
An unexciting, unoriginal idea presented in a poorly designed way. Clearly, the programmer is still getting used to coding, but that's not the problem. So many things could have made this game better (ex-upgrades & customizable units. Plot. "Boss" at the end. Additional hazards. Terrain. Fixing hitboxes. Increased maximum size. Additional ways to kill enemies. etc.)
Nice game! I absolutely love the idea, and the gameplay was great, in spite of the fact that it's a beta. Here's my two cents: I would suggest that you work on the map. The minimap could use a toggle-able layer of symbols denoting people, houses, monsters, etc. In addition, I'd like to be able to have a proper map showing the entire island, possibly found in a treasure chest? Keep up the good work!
@ishu: You'll need a fair bit of luck to pull it off. The most important thing, though, is to save the troops that they give you, and send them out in waves only when your previous wave is dead, maximizing your aura's benefit. Save your meteors unless you need extra space to stockpile even more troops. That's it.
Having played through the entire game, I can say this: it is amazing! Every bit as good as Raze, and substantially easier. I beat the game as a level 25 assassin using the Dragunov, Surge, and Shadowblend. The challenges were just the right amount of challenging to keep me entertained, rather than frustrated. However, I think that that there should be another hard badge for beating the 15th challenge.
