Confirmed artillery and flak cannons are overpowered just beat mission 8 swarm slug with just those and one bank. When I was using sharpshooters, lasers, and missiles I was losing.
Alternatively I found flamethrower + waste spewer + boomer to be fairly good against ground enemies. The flamethrower takes care of the swarms, and waste spewer and boomer slows enemy down to a crawl while destroying their armor.
Took about an hour I beat both scenarios Malice in wonderland and tome alone. I had to look up one minor clue for tome alone, was silly I could have thought of it, but I was tired from getting stuck on previous sections.
Use WASD in lieu of arrow keys. If you use arrow keys you will scroll down to the comments, lose much more quickly, and get dizzy in the process as the browser window moves.
Survived 39 waves. I took my time at first, then rushed to get all 4 princesses then rushed one wave at a time, until I got like 3-4 necromancers then I made a mistake of rushing again to recharge cooldowns but got to many knights and lost.
I just got to wave 36 or so on survival. I got the wood elf first and used lots of razors, then business woman for mode money, 2x rate of livestock, and finally timewarp which I used often was up to 70 seconds for 4th princess power.
Oh, I was on the last level, only 27 levels. Was weird at the ending, not sure what happened apparently you kill amber when you touch rather than love?
The easy badge takes a while to get and some skill. Beating normal is very difficult I haven't be able to do it yet and I even discovered a hidden focus.
