19.9k I went for chests at first, both +4 and +3 magnet for max + 4 ship speed. By last boss I had +4 weapon and then all four pirate flags. For max magnet/loot, max weapon and near max for other stats.
Okay, the campaign seems impossible I lost on the first year of the 2nd part. Anyone have any idea how to win the Mongol campaign? Enemy had like 4 knights on first round.
Beat first stage of campaign, Mongrols have 42k gold though. The trick is to make sure you are overkill the enemy. 18 druids I skipped and only went for two battles per lair.
Lost on turn 45 of the campaign, I have trouble judging enemy strength. I thought with my 60 zombie chickens + 10 swords men 3 knights 2 druids and a few archers I would win against 18 druids since the enemy druids would run out of ammo. Yet, it didn't play out that way at all.
I found on very easy Englishman that hordes of zombie chickens with lots of archers and 2 druids works well. Some backup swordsmen in case the enemy breaks through the line. Lots and lots of + faith buildings to make sure you are getting at least 5 zombie chickens a turn.
New record, 4918m. Took about fifty more attempts, most of the time ending up between 1k-2k. I noticed luck is a factor if there is few sand piles you will lose much quicker. I was talking to someone else about Breaking Bad while playing too, lol. Great game.
I found the answer to lv.7 by accident, haha the solution was so easy I just missed it. Lv.7 is cake when you know how. I just tried 25 times or so until I finally stumbled upon the correct answer.
Grr, lv.7 is annoying me. I tried the lower right person first, but couldn't get back to the starting position same with trying the upper right person. In two separate games I can reach both people, yet not in the same game. The main problem is I can't seem to get from the upper right corner to the lower left corner where you start.
