There seems to be a new layout today. It is terrible. Want to see available upgrades? Now you must scroll. Since this game now features terrible lag, scrolling is almost impossible. Do I need a gaming computer for an idle game?
The crosshairs stop meaning anything when the target is close. You have to swing the gun around until the bullets hit. The bullets will hit walls if you are close to them, even if you are not aiming at them. Otherwise, it is fun.
How do I restart, since I didn't realize this was one of those games that tries to rip you off with in-game purchases before I spent all of my "shiny"? I pay for full versions of games I like. I don't buy fake money with real money.
This new class of games that make it impossible to play without spending $100 on in-game credit is getting annoying. How about this? I pay you $5 for the full game, like I did with Gemcraft. Then I get access to a building that gives me 10, 20, 50, whatever "shiny" every day. That way, I pay you for your time and effort, and you can sleep knowing you aren't screwing some 14-yr old idiot's parents out of hundreds of dollars because the kid hasn't learned how to not be an idiot yet.
I think an option to turn off the passive animations would greatly increase performance. Several rings of fire on screen at the same time slows everything down even before the round starts.
How is this different from IV? Also, when I close the skill tree can the game not ask me if I want to pave the spot underneath? That is such an obvious and annoying flaw from IV, why would it not be fixed in IV.V?
