4) Many of the building types don't scale in their rewards while scaling in costs and time. So very much diminishing returns, while units and their items/medals etc very much scale drastically.
5) Is there any real purpose to player levels ?
I like the WW2 historical details but there are gameplay issues.
1) Guerilla Raids outstrip Unit Levels at Level 4. There should be a way to either defer going up a level or to be able to abandon undoable raids for a lower star replacement.
2) In Arena Ladder Battles, rewards should extend beyond just the Top 5. And if a player is attacked and loses, there should be a delay timeout before they can be attacked again. It feels like the more I attack, the more I get attacked and drop further in rank.
3) In Single Combat Battles, at some point it switched from an even distribution of enemy combat power, to every time I am always the weakest player of the 10. Every time without fail. Do I still rank top 3? Sometimes. But it becomes a bit of luck and General abilities button smashing. There really needs to be another element for fun.
There doesn't seem to be a balancing mechanism to compensate for the advantage of going first - in PVP especially. The player that goes second is always at a disadvantage.
Perhaps you can answer some questions: 1) Why display Challenges in Battle Pass that we cannot win in a different season? 2) Why have cards for Deployment attachment when they cannot be played except on a unit already on the board? 3) How come when I play a PvP against a higher ranked opponent with far better cards, I might lose as many as 20 ranks, yet when I defeat someone higher ranked with better cards, I might gain 12? 4) Many Battle Pass challenges have "win 3 PvPs with only XXXXX cards". Why don't you try to match opponents on deck strength, not rank?

1) You should be able to complete all 50 challenges during the season, could you please send an e-mail to support@frozenshard.com stating which one do you have problems to complete it and we'll review it.
2) If you equip a "deploy item" on a card, this card will advance to the front line ready to attack.
3) The position on the ladder depends on the amount of rating points that you gain (it doesn't matter your opponent) and the difference of points between you and the other players.
4) The PvP ladder is a competition and therefore we match players depending on the ratings that they have obtained.

You stated "Wait until the new PvP system" about unfair matching. "User controlled AI" does speed matching up, but matching me (1st LT) against a 3 star general was completely predictable as to outcome. It's not an improvement.

I'm wondering if the Tournaments are worth the time sink. If you're lucky and get several units of the same type and are able to combine them into a V... aka a unit that is probably below most people's needs. And then they sit there waiting until another tournament has the same type of units... which is why I have a stockpile of various Vs and IVs that I can't upgrade until.... by which time I won't even need VIs.
You need to make the Tourny PVP league matching a bit more fair - out of 25 players, 23 of them have much higher levels ... some with 11x my level. Why are you putting level 20s in with levels 100-260s?
It was a great game while it lasted... but the latest changes to the UI (font and graphics) are something reminiscent of 90s low budget games.
Replacing a clean interface with a visually jumbled mess was the wrong direction at least for me. Thanks for the game that came before.
Hit a ton of raids this week to get the Training Grounds Scroll II including many I summoned and overhit myself. Did not drop for me at all. Something that is one week only shouldn't have a rate well under 5%
