@darkzero and anyone else. There is a quality change. Right click the top grey bar where the green save icon is. Then go down to quality and change it as you want.
In response to all the 'I keep missing with 95%' questions.
The math works like this, it isn't that out of 100 hits 95 of them will hit. It is that EACH time u attack u have a 95% chance to hit. So if u miss 5 times in a row with 95% hit chance it just means that in each of those 5 times you got stuck in that unlucky 5% where you will miss.
What im pissed off about is why the hell I keep hitting 1 with my heavy attack, i only use it to avoid hitting low :(
