Great game 5/5!!! I disagree with many people who think that there should be a select all button. That would make the game much less about micromanagement and 'fast paced tactical action' (which is awesome). It would also make the game far easier as you could just select all your units and attack and as long as you had more units than them you would win. The game-play is perfect! i cannot stress this enough. It's simple (no upgrades!) and yet so many different tactics to employ =D The only improvements that i would recommend would be more game modes (King of the hill anyone?), and maybe a difficulty setting, for those of us who like things more difficult. Also, a mutiplayer mode and map editor would both be hugely popular though i think you can leave those 'till the sequel =] Amazing game so far! keep on developing!
Great game! I can see that it was heavily inspired by patapon (which i have never played but know by reputation) but i don't think that it takes away from the fun at all. Great art design, above average sound, not necessarily innovative gameplay but fun!
btw, i think that a "copied" game is one that is entirely stolen. In my opinion calling this game copied would be like saying that "Cursed Treasure: Don't Touch My Gems!" is a copy of "Tower Defence".
Great job on bringing this to everyone's attention but don't you think it would be a little bit unfair if you won the weekly or monthly prize for this? I have to say i don't reccomend voting this 5/5 for the sake of fairness.
Not only did BlueMonkeyFlash reply to my comment, but the FreePlay mode i suggested was actually created. They truely are a classy developer.
The game is great and i had some truely epic battles in the later levels. (try passing them in FreePlay with no upgrades) The environment also has a very nice feel. Sure the game has its small flaws but it doesn't detract from the fun enough to bother me. The game is also lag-free thanks to the updates. Great job BlueMonkeyFlash
Great game! I think some sort of progression system or checkpoints would make it more rewarding but that would take away from its 'arcade-style' feel. Maybe a 'free play' option with no highscores or medals? 9/10
I too find the first level of this game especially hard... I have tried a tonne of different strategies but the best i have ever done is to get to the first mechs. Any advice?
Great game =D Though I only just discovered the wonders of the continuous volleys towards the end. It can become repetitive although i don't think repetition is a bad thing in itself. Perhaps consider three seperate races, each with its own pros and cons.
Pretty good game, it brings a few new elements into your usual TD game. While the UI is not what i'd call user-friendly, all the information is there. The GOLDEN Tower is pretty sweet. Flame towers and Machine gun towers are the way to go. Frost and stun towers are great. Its a little on the easy side but its not bad. 4/5
clearly some people find level 10 difficult. In my opinion the solution is relatively simple; if you attack grey cells you gain very little because your enemy loses nothing. instead you should only attack the first few 'small' grey cells and focus mainly on attacking the enemy's biggest cells when it is poorly defended. also, if there is a huge grey cell somewhere on the map, wait for your enemy to weaken it sufficiently and then attack.
imo 'Eufloria' is the best game of this genre, take a look.
