Jelmeri, herbs, well you plant them then once they fruit you get whatever you grew eg. purple one gives you an auto heal when it finishes, add the poop bag to speed up the whole thing, i think anyway!

dunno if it helps but if you buy a new shop but dont sell it you can upgrade an older shop before you place the new one. you get minus cash but it should maybe be fixed?
